If You Are A Condominium Unit Owner, Board Member, Or Third-Party Property Manager:
Certificate of Insurance Requests are processed in 3-5 business days, if not sooner. In order to ensure accuracy, please submit your request in writing via our online request form below or via email or fax.
If you have a letter from your lender/mortgagee outlining all of the information in the forms above, please feel free to email that letter to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax it to us at 215.542.6990. Please provide the Association Name along with the letter from the lender to ensure that we get you the Certificate of Insurance in a timely manner.
