Smith Insurance received the prestigious Business Partner of the Year award from the Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI) in December 2011. This award is given to a CAI Business Partner that has provided extraordinary service and support to an individual community association and the industry as a whole.

In addition to receiving Business Partner of the year, Carrie Smith of Smith Insurance won the Rookie of the Year award. The Rookie of the Year award is given to a volunteer in his or her first year of service who has gone above and beyond what is asked and expected of chapter volunteers.
