Condominium/Community Associations

Smith Insurance has been insuring Condominium and Community Associations since their inception and utilizes Community Insurance Risk Management Specialists to provide coverage for over 500 Community Associations.   

The national organization called the Community Association Institute (CAI) has developed the prestigious (CIRMS) designation to recognize professionalism and dedication to the unique tasks of insurance and risk management services to community associations.  There are less than 80 certified CIRMS nationwide and we currently have three in our agency.

Smith Insurance understands the complexities of Community Association risk management and we have built solid relationships with insurance carriers that specialize in insurance for Community Associations. These carriers have remained steadfast in their commitment to our agency and to insuring Community Associations in good times and hard times.

• We are active members of the Greater Philadelphia Condominium Managers Association (GPCMA)
• We have two past presidents of the regional Pennsylvania/Delaware Valley chapter of CAI
